All all I have been using since years now is essential oils, vegetable oils as base to replace my night creme, pure aloevera gels to replace my day creme and dried herbs to replace ready to use synthetic scrubs that are so readily and cheaply available in the open market and also not to miss on my favourite fresh organic seasonal juices that I use so often to make a paste of dried herbs.
Today, its Grapes. ( Rich as a source of antioxidants, grapes are also rich in vitamin C. It can actually helpprotect
the skin from the harmful effects of the free radicals, and reverse the
appearance of wrinkles, dark spots while keep your skin toned & refreshing due to its tartar rich aroma.
My Recipe on beautywith grapes;
mash few grapes and add a scoop each of wheatgerm oil, oatmeal powder & 2 drops of Geranium.
Use it as a precleanser every morning.
